"We will not vote and we will not support," Nikolovski said, saying that the government had already accepted this condition in the latest proposal of the French presidency, which arrived in Skopje today. A two-thirds majority in parliament is needed to change the constitution.

"The request for the inclusion of Bulgarians in the Constitution in the past was set as the only and last request of Bulgaria.
