Light triangles
- 100 g feta cheese
- 100 g of cheddar cheese
- 100 g pork ham
- 1 egg
- 100 ml of milk
- 10 grams of Dolcela baking powder
- 300 grams of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- Sunflower oil
In a bowl with a whisk, whisk the milk and egg and add the dried garlic, salt, feta cheese and mix the ingredients well.
2. Add pastry, finely chopped parsley, ham cut into small cubes
3. Then gradually add the flour and combine it with the wet ingredients. Add flour as needed
4. Transfer to a floured surface and continue kneading until you get a soft dough.
5. Roll out a dough half a millimeter thick with a rolling pin and cut it into strips and then into cubes.
6. Put yellow cheese in each cube (square) and fold it into a triangle. Squeeze the ends with your fingers to close it
7. Put in deep and very hot oil and fry until golden on both sides.
Stuffed American pancakes
- 2 eggs
- 40 g of sugar
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 20 grams of honey
- 10 ml of water
- 100 g flour
- 1 baking powder
- 1 vanilla sugar
- Lino cream
- Podravka jam
1. Put the eggs (at room temperature) in a bowl, add exactly 10 ml of water and mix.
2. Add honey, sugar, vanilla sugar, pastry, and a pinch of salt and mix
3. Then add flour and mix well (you should get a mixture with a density like yogurt)
4. Put a little butter in the pan where you will fry them to fatten the pan and with the help of a deep spoon put it in the middle of the mixture
5. Fry them like classic American pancakes
6. When they are ready, fill them with cream with the help of a thin syringe
