Josko Milenkoski is the new coach of the Montenegrin volleyball team
Today, the Montenegrin Volleyball Federation announced that the Macedonian expert Josko Milenkoski was unanimously elected at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the federation.
Milenkoski is the new coach of Montenegro's senior men's volleyball team, former coach of the Budva Riviera.
Sega our strategist is on the bench of the Greek team Phonikas Siros (with which he won the national Super Cup in December 2021). Previously in his career he was the coach of Macedonia (1997 - 2008) and Turkey (2017).
He coached several teams in Macedonia and Turkey, worked in Tunisia, as well as in Montenegro, on the Budva Riviera (2007 - 2008) with whose club he won second place in the local championship and the Cup of that country, and was third in the Final Four. CEV Cup in Rome in 2008, which is one of the most significant results in his career.
He has been named the best coach in Macedonia eight times. Milenkoski received his doctorate in 1999 at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports at the University of Skopje, where he is now a professor of volleyball. He has published five books on volleyball and speaks several foreign languages.
