This is a significant reduction in salary, because with the previous contract, Zlatan earned around seven million euros per year.
Ibrahimovic returned to Milan in 2020 and won the title last season with the Rossoneri. At the end of May, he had knee surgery, which is why his return to the field is expected to be towards the end of the year.
In his career, Zlatan Ibrahimovic also played for Malmo, Ajax, Juventus, Inter, Barcelona, PSG, Manchester United and Los Angeles Galaxy.
