Increase in retail prices of oil derivatives by an average of 0,25 percent
The Energy and Water Services Regulatory Commission (ERC) has decided that the retail prices of Eurosuper BS-95 and Eurosuper BS-98 petrol will not change, while the retail price of Eurodiesel (DE V) will be reduced by MKD 1,50 for liter in relation to the retail price determined by the decision for determining the highest retail prices of oil derivatives and fuels for transport from September 13, 2021.
ERC announced that the retail price of extra light household oil (EL-1) increases by MKD 1 per liter, and the retail price of fuel oil M-1 NS increases by MKD 0,786 per kilogram and will now amount to MKD 39,181.
With today's decision, ERC increases the retail prices of oil derivatives by an average of 0,25 percent compared to the Decision of September 13, 2021.
- The final price of diesel has a decrease as a consequence of canceling the additional excise tax on diesel from 2 to 0 denars per liter. In the first two weeks of the month, including September 15, an increase in the stock price of the diesel fraction was registered, which serves as a basis for calculating the retail price of diesel. The growth of the stock exchange is greater than 600 USD / ton, which fulfills the condition not to calculate the additional excise tax on diesel fuel. We have submitted this data to the Ministry of Finance and the Customs Administration, which is in fact our legal obligation to inform them twice a month about the movement of the stock prices of oil derivatives so that they know whether the additional excise tax is calculated or not, said Marko Bislimoski, President of the Regulatory Commission for Energy and Water Services.
From September 21, 2021 at 00:01 the maximum prices of oil derivatives will be: motor gasoline Eurosuper BS - 95 - 73 denars per liter, motor gasoline Eurosuper BS -98 - 75 denars per liter, diesel fuel Eurodiesel BS (DE V) - 62 denars / liter, burning oil Extra light 1 (EL-1) - 64 denars per liter and fuel oil M-1 NS will be 39,181 denars per kilogram.
The ERC said in a statement that in the past seven days, reference prices on world stock exchanges have decreased on average: gasoline by 1,160 percent, diesel by 3,228 percent, extra light oil by 3,131 percent and fuel oil by 1,992 percent. In the same period the exchange rate of the Denar against the dollar is higher by 0,586 percent.
