Increased water level of rivers and lakes

The results of the latest measurements of the Hydrometeorological Administration (HMA) show an increase in the water levels of almost all rivers in the country compared to yesterday.

The Treska rivers at the measuring point near Makedonski Brod, Babuna near Bogomila and Sateska near Botun have the biggest increase in level, almost double compared to yesterday. A minimal decrease in the water level compared to yesterday was observed only at the Bregalnica rivers at the measuring point near Shtip and Strumica near Novo Selo.

The level of Dojran and Prespa Lakes has increased by one centimeter each compared to yesterday, while the water level of Ohrid Lake has increased by two centimeters.
