Zelensky made this announcement as part of a speech at the conference of the Coordinating Headquarters for Prisoners of War titled "Hope, Fight, Return - Three Years."
-For more than three years - almost the entire duration of this war, our Coordination Headquarters - with all services - has been working on the return home of our soldiers who were captured. Over four thousand people have already returned - 4.306. And we will return them all. All my negotiations, every meeting with partners who can help, also include the issue of prisoners of war - said Zelensky.
He pointed out that the last group of Ukrainian prisoners of war were released on March 19.
