The recent meeting between the presidents of Russia and China, Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping, was a failure, as indicated by Russia's intention to deploy nuclear weapons in Belarus, according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Zelensky believes that the purpose of such a decision is, after the failure of the recent meeting between the presidents of Russia and China, Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping, with the deployment of nuclear weapons to the neighbor, to show some credibility, which, as he assessed, Russia has completely lost under Putin's leadership, Al Jazeera Balkans reports.

Therefore, he added, Moscow's announcement about the deployment of Russian nuclear weapons in Belarus also indicates a complete loss of credibility of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.
