Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on the Tuesday before United Nations accused her Russia is a "terrorist state", she replied that he had used his address to the Security Council for a "remote PR campaign" in an attempt to obtain more Western weapons.

Green looking Security Council to expel Moscow from the UN и to form a court who will investigate the actions of the Russian army in Ukraine, which carried out the invasion on February 24. However, Russia has a veto in the Council and can protect itself from any such action.

"Russia has no right to take part in discussions and voting on the war in Ukraine, which is not provoked by anything and is simply colonialist. "I call on you to revoke the authority of the terrorist state delegation," Zelenski said in a video address to the Security Council.

Russia's Deputy Ambassador to the UN, Dmitry Poljansky, stated before the Council that the appearance of Zelenski via video link violates the authority of the body in charge of maintaining international peace and security.

"The UN Security Council should not turn into a platform for President Zelenski's remote PR campaign to get more weapons from NATO summit participants," Poljanski said.

The council met after Ukraine said a Russian rocket attack on a shopping mall on Monday, killing 18 people, was deliberate.

Russia has denied hitting the mall with a missile, saying it struck a weapons depot, causing an explosion that sparked a fire at the mall. She also claimed that the mall was out of order.
