The statement comes after at least seven people were killed in a Russian drone strike in the Kiev region and after a residential building in the city of Zaporizhia was hit by a Russian missile.

- We will resolutely respond to all attacks by the occupiers on our cities (..) All Russian attacks will receive a military, political and legal response, Zelensky noted in his daily address.

Earlier today, Zelensky visited the front line near the city of Bakhmut and met with members of the Ukrainian military.
