Healthy and delicious recipe by Stefanija Nestorovska: Cauliflower pizza

Stefanija Nestorovska, who is behind instagram profile and the blog, prepared a light, tasty and healthy meal for us today - tuna cream salad.


– 1/2 half a medium sized cauliflower
– 60 g of water
– 35 g oat flour
– 1+1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
– ingredients for the top part as desired


Wash the cauliflower with clean, cold water and cut it into smaller pieces. Add water to a pot, enough to cover the cauliflower. Let the water boil and then add the cauliflower pieces
Boil for 2-3 minutes and then reduce the heat and let it cook until the cauliflower is completely tender when poked with a fork. It is drained from the water in which it was boiled and left to cool down a little, enough so that you don't burn yourself.

Add the boiled cauliflower to a clean cloth or cheesecloth and squeeze out the water. This step is quite important so press and squeeze as much as you can. Add the cauliflower to a bowl and if there are still any pieces that were not mashed during the juicing, mash them.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. The mixture should be dough-like and easy to form. Add water or flour as needed. Place baking paper on the surface of the work table, add the dough and add another piece of baking paper on top. With a rolling pin or with your hands, form a pizza in the desired size and shape

Add the dough along with the bottom of the baking paper to a baking pan. It is baked in an oven heated to 220 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes. Add toppings as desired and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
