– 90 g (1 cup) oat flakes
– 240 ml (1 cup) almond milk, or milk as desired
- 2 eggs
** I did not add any sweetener to the mixture, but you are free to add your own. Honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar, etc... I like to add to pancakes so this was perfect for me.
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until you get a creamy mixture. The mixture should be quite a bit runnier than American pancakes and should spread easily across the baking pan. If necessary, add more milk.
Heat a pancake pan and add a little coconut oil. With a pump, add a little of the mixture and spread it through the pan, let it fry for two-three minutes, that is, until bubbles appear, turn it over and fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
The procedure is continued with the rest of the mixture.
Add toppings as desired, wrap like a pancake and enjoy the taste.
