The leadership meeting between Prime Minister and leader of SDSM, Dimitar Kovacevski and the leader of the opposition VMRO-DPMNE, Hristijan Mickoski, began in the Club of Deputies.

It is planned that the topic of discussion at the meeting will be the decisions that should be made in the Assembly in order to continue the European integration of the state, as well as the approach of the institutions and all political actors in the direction of building and maintaining good neighborly relations.

After the meeting, statements are planned in which details of the conversation between the two leaders will be announced.

Before the leadership meeting, a meeting of the IC of VMRO-DPMNE was held, after which the party's vice-president Timcho Mutsunski stated that the party's position is that there should be no constitutional changes under dictation.

He added that one of the topics that the two leaders will discuss will be

the issue of early parliamentary elections.
