"Leave immediately": US Embassy in Kiev urges Americans to leave Ukraine
US Embassy in Kiev Today, it "called" American citizens staying in Ukraine to leave the country without delay, amid rising tensions between the West and Russia over Ukraine, US media reported.
"The US Embassy is urging US citizens to consider leaving the country immediately," the embassy said on its website.
"The security situation in Ukraine remains unpredictable due to the growing threat of Russian military action and could deteriorate without prior warning," the embassy said in a statement.
