In the past 21 years, 95.836 people renounced the citizenship of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bosnian media reported.

The process of renouncing Bosnian citizenship can take from several months to several years, requiring the completion of numerous documents.

The whole procedure costs about 800 Bosnian convertible marks.
