Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic will address the public today at 11 am in order to show and explain the implementation plan, reported the correspondent of MIA from Belgrade.

Last night, after more than 13 hours of talks, Vucic said that some sort of agreement was reached in Ohrid, that several points were agreed upon that will become part of the negotiation framework, and that he did not sign anything during the talks with the EU and US representatives and Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti.

He said that the European Council will assess on a long road how much has been done of the implementation plan. It will be evaluated independently for each of the parties that did.

- For us, it is a priority obligation to establish the ZSO in accordance with the previous commitments from the dialogue, said Vucic.
