According to him, 39,52% voted "no" in the referendum on constitutional changes.

In Serbia, at 20 pm, the polling stations where the citizens of Serbia voted in the referendum for change of the Serbian constitution in the field of justice were closed. 6.510.323 citizens had the right to vote. The citizens answered "yes" or "no" to the question "Are you in favor of confirming the act for changing the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia". "I congratulate the citizens of Serbia, I congratulate all those who voted for 'yes' and 'no', it was their democratic determination. I'm satisfied with how it all looked. Serbia has sent a positive image to the world and I believe that in the coming period we will be able to do something on the issue of a substantially independent judiciary. "I think we have done a good job for our country," Vucic said.
