Vucic and Kurti confirmed their presence in Brussels on Wednesday

EU High Representative Josep Borel will host a high-level meeting as part of the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue on Wednesday, June 26, and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti have confirmed their participation, the European External Action Service said.

The EU's special representative for dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, Miroslav Lajcak, will have separate meetings with Vucic and Kurti from 15 p.m., which will be followed by a trilateral meeting.

The meetings will discuss what has been achieved so far in the dialogue, as well as the further steps. It has been announced that Josep Borrell will make a statement to the media before and after the meetings.

The President of the Assembly of Kosovo, Glauk Konjufca, said today that he does not expect anything important and essential from the meeting between the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, and the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic.

- I do not expect Serbia to implement the basic agreement. No community is currently on the agenda in the Republic of Kosovo, emphasized Konjufca.

The host of the meeting between Curti and Vucic on Wednesday in Brussels, as announced by the EU, will be the head of diplomacy of the Union, Josep Borrell.

According to today's announcement from the Government of Kosovo, the main focus of this meeting will be the implementation of last year's basic agreement from Brussels and its annex from Ohrid, as well as further steps in the negotiations for the normalization of relations between the two countries.
