The government tonight made a decision to postpone the beginning of the second semester of the school year for primary and secondary schools, ie classes with physical presence to continue on February 1, according to the conclusion from Main Coordination Crisis Coid-19 Headquarters and according to epidemiological information that the country is at the peak of the infection.

- The decision to continue the second semester on February 1 will not affect the end of the school year and it will end on June 10 as provided in the calendar for the primary and secondary education program, with appropriate adaptation of the curriculum, said the government press. service after today's second, regular session of the Government which was held via video conference,

As part of the decision to postpone the start of the second semester of the school year are the duties and indications for the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education and Science, Public Relations Department in the Government of the Republic of Northern Macedonia, Public Enterprise MRT to appeal to students and parents to adhere as much as possible to the measures and recommendations for protection against covid-19, at home and outdoors.
