Their unfounded accusations of congratulating Kosovo on its independence were rejected by the office of the President of the country, which confirmed that the congratulatory message was sent on February 16. Congratulations were also sent by VREDI's deputy prime ministers, Izet Medziti and Arben Fetai, who once again demonstrated the institutional commitment to Kosovo," the Vredi coalition announced today.

They say that "Such action by DUI is neither the first nor the last in their well-known strategy of using disinformation as a political tool. The party that usurped power for two decades to the detriment of Albanian citizens and all citizens of North Macedonia is now trying to create futile conflicts and distract public attention from its spectacular failures in all areas."
