-Our feelings towards Zagreb are even deeper with the fact that, 161 years ago, the first collection of Macedonian revivalists, brothers Dimitar and Konstantin Miladinov, was printed here, with the help of the Croatian bishop and benefactor Josip Strosmeyer. The Croatian Minister of Culture and Media, Nina Obuljen Korjinek, expressed her satisfaction that together with the Macedonian Minister of Culture, they opened the Cultural and Information Center of the Republic of North Macedonia in Zagreb, which, as she said, will be a center not only for new knowledge about the valuable Macedonian culture, but also a new presentation platform for Macedonian artists, for the benefit of an even more fruitful joint cultural cooperation.

- The history and culture of the Croatian and Macedonian people are intertwined with the actions of prominent individuals, and today our cultural scenes would be poorer without the visits and joint programs of Croatian and Macedonian artists, added Obuljen Koržinek.
