The phased payment of the October pensions started today, informs the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy (MLSP). The pensions, as they point out, will be paid early and in stages, in order to provide greater protection to retirees in conditions of danger from the coronavirus KOVID-19.

- The collection of pensions through the branches and branches of banks for pensioners who do not use cards will be realized in four groups, according to the amount of the pension: For pensions up to 11.000 denars, the payment to be made on 26.10.2021 (Tuesday); For pensions in the amount of 11.001-14.000 denars, the payment should be made on 27.10.2021 (Wednesday); For pensions in the amount of 14.001-18.000 denars, the payment should be made on 28.10.2021 (Thursday); and For pensions in the amount of over 18.001 denars, payment to be made on 29.10.2021 (Friday), said the MLSP.

Retirees who use a payment card, linked to the account to which the pension is transferred, order from the MLSP, can use the money from October 26 (Tuesday).

-They can withdraw their pension at an ATM, use the means of payment in the trade network or for electronic payments. The phased processing of pensions will enable the implementation of recommendations and measures to prevent and spread the virus, given that retirees as an age group are the most vulnerable, say from the MLSP.

They point out that pensions are safe on customers' accounts, the pension system is stable and functioning smoothly and urge retirees to adhere to the payment schedule, because, as they point out, the step-by-step payment is made to reduce congestion in front of banks and opportunities for endangering personal and public health.
