In its jubilee year, "Piano Trio" will perform in Kragujevac and Zagreb
The chamber ensemble "Piano Trio", in the year when it celebrates its tenth anniversary, has a pronounced concert activity. He first performed in Vinica and Bitola, and then followed the concert at the opening of the "Golden Lira" festival.
In the following days, the trio will perform in Serbia and Croatia. At the invitation of the Music Center in Kragujevac, Serbia, on November 12, the trio will hold a concert with works by Macedonian and international composers in the ceremonial hall of the "First Kragujevac Gymnasium".
Immediately afterwards, on November 16, the trio will hold a concert at the Macedonian KIC in Zagreb, Croatia. In honor of the "Georgi Bozhikov" award, works by Macedonian composers will be performed in Zagreb.
The trio is composed of three established musicians: Tatiana Petrushevska Karaskakovska, first oboe in the NOB orchestra; Marjan Milosevski, first bassoon in the NOB orchestra and professor of bassoon at FMU; and Petar Makarievski, pianist and artistic associate at FDU. The trio joined forces in 2014.
What characterizes the "Piano Trio" as a composition are refined and powerful sound, interactivity, precision in performance, individuality and virtuosity of the musicians. In 2024, the trio received the "Georgi Bozhikov" award, which is awarded by SOKOM for the series of successful concerts in the country and abroad with works by Macedonian composers.
