According to the data from the Institute of Public Health, the Ministry of Health informs that in the last 3 days (from 06.08 to 08.08.2022):

3.561 tests were performed, and 1.233 new cases of COVID-19 were registered: Skopje – 516, Bitola – 97, Kavadarci – 72, Gostivar – 55, Prilep – 54, Ohrid – 53, Kumanovo – 47, Tetovo – 45, Veles – 40, Struga – 28, Strumica – 27, Negotino – 26, Kicevo – 24, Kočani – 20, Shtip – 18, Gevgelija – 17, Radovish – 15, Resen – 13, Debar – 11, Kratovo – 8, Sveti Nikole, Berovo and Valandovo – 7 each, Demir Hisar – 6, Krushevo – 5, Delchevo and Vinica – 4 each, Bogdanci and Demir Kapija – 2 each, Kriva Palanka, Makedonska Brod and Makedonska Kamenica – 1 each.
Out of the total number of positive (1.233), 284 reinfections were registered.

1.450 recovered patients have been registered from: Skopje - 651, Kumanovo - 120, Bitola - 86, Kavadraci - 85, Ohrid - 71, Prilep - 51, Gostivar - 38, Tetovo - 34, Struga - 33, Veles - 32, Strumica - 31 , Shtip and Negotino - 28 each, Kichevo - 24, Debar - 19, Gevgelija - 18, Kriva Palanka - 17, Resen - 14, Kočani and Radovish - 13 each, Kratovo - 9, Valandovo and Vinica - 6 each, Berovo and Kruševo – 5 each, Sveti Nikole – 4, Demir Hisar and Makedonski Brod – 3 each, Bogdanci – 2, Delchevo – 1.

During the past 3 days (06.08 - 08.08.2022), 7 deceased persons were reported, from: Skopje - four deceased persons (91, 87, 82 and 77) and one deceased person each from Kočani (92), Bitola (67) .) and Prilep (83). All persons died in hospital conditions. According to the Register of deceased persons with a diagnosis of COVID-19 from My Termin, 3 deceased persons were registered from Demir Hisar (76 years old), Veles (72 years old) and Struga (54 years old), two people died at home, one person died in hospital conditions. The persons were registered as deceased in the period from 17.07 to 28.07.2022.
