More will be built in Pelagonija than in Skopje - 374 building permits were issued in July

In July of this year, 374 construction permits were issued, 189 permits more than in June, the State Statistical Institute announced today.

For comparison, in July of this year, 33.6 percent more were issued compared to the same month last year.

The largest number of building permits were issued in the Pelagonian region, 89, followed by Skopje and Southeastern with 57 each, Pologsko, 55, ....

According to the issued building permits, the estimated value of the buildings is MKD 7, which is 119 percent more compared to the same month of the previous year.

Of the total number of building permits issued, 207 (55.3 percent) are intended for high-rise buildings, 75 (20.1 percent) for low-rise buildings, and 92 (24.6 percent) for reconstruction buildings.

Out of a total of 374 objects, 200 (53.5 percent) are natural persons as investors, and 174 (46.5 percent) investors are business entities.

In the reference period, 808 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of ​​66 044 m2.

The largest number of apartments will be built in the Pelagonian region, 207, followed by the Southwest region, 191, the Skopje region, 119, the Eastern region, 115, the Pologsk region, 110, the Southeastern region, 49, and the Northeastern region with the least, i.e. five.

In the Pelagonian region, 122 apartments will be built in Prilep and 84 in Bitola, and in the capital, the largest number of apartments are in Centar, 37, Karposh, 23, Gazi Baba and Sopishte, with 21 each, Airport five...
