The trial for Laskarci continued in Krivichen

With the examination of the experts who prepared the traffic expert report, the trial of the bus accident near Laskarci, in which 16 people died and around 30 were injured, continued today in the Basic Criminal Court - Skopje.

The super expert that the Court ordered in December 2021 was rejected by the faculties of the state, with the explanation that their experts had already participated in the previous expert opinion or were not competent for the same. After the colleges refused, the case was sent to the Bureau of Forensic Expertise, which has the ability to form a team of licensed experts to conduct a super-expertise.

The super expert arrived in Krivichen in December. Then there was a formal start of the process, after which the hearing of the experts who prepared the mechanical super-expertise, which, according to the experts, established that the bus accident was not of a mechanical nature.

Accused in the case of the accident near Laskarci, which happened on February 13, 2019, are Durmish Beluli, the owner of the company "Durmo Tours", the person responsible for transportation in the company, Remzi Miftari, and the driver of the bus, Manoil Trifunovski, who are charged with serious crimes acts against the safety of people and property in traffic. Meanwhile, the three employees of the technical inspection station, Igor Gjorgjievski, Goran Dukovski and Jane Bovarski, are charged with complicity in the same crime. The court process for the accident that started in September 2019 is led by judge Diana Gruevska Ilievska, and the representative of the prosecution is the public prosecutor, Darko Jakimovski.
