Early tomorrow morning, the five helicopters will act on the big fire in the area of ​​the municipality of Pehchevo as long as the air temperature allows, announced the director of the Crisis Management Center (CMC), Stojance Angelov through his Facebook profile.

He previously announced that five helicopters, including two Macedonian and three Serbian, headed to the site of the fire in the afternoon, but due to extremely high temperatures, immediately after arrival, the squadron commander decided to withdraw them.

According to Angelov, there are 10 active fires in the country, several of which are extremely serious, and the others are of medium category. In some burning dry grass, low-stemmed plants, shrubs and are far from populated areas so they are not a danger to anyone.
