Polling stations closed in Debar

The voting in the second round of the local elections ended in Debar, where Hekuran Duka from DUI, supported by SDSM with the coalition, and Bekim Pocesta from the Alliance for Albanians / Alternative, supported by VMRO-DPMNE, are running for mayor.

According to the Municipal Election Commission, by 18:30, the right to vote was exercised by 8.534 citizens or 44,46 percent of the total registered 19.211.

The candidate for mayor Duka exercised the right to vote at the polling station 0537 in the municipal primary school "Sait Najdeni".

- In the most democratic way we choose the path of progress, EU, USA, NATO. Debar with DUI is in the safest hands. With the massive support that the citizens will give us, we continue with the successful projects for the good of the municipality and its citizens, Duka wrote this afternoon on "Facebook".
