A memorial service was held in Cetinje for the victims of the attack

The commemoration for the victims of the tragedy in which an attacker killed 10 people was held today in the government house in Cetinje, in the presence of the families of the victims, representatives of the local government, the government, the Prime Minister of Montenegro Dritan Abazović and the President Milo Djukanović.

The meeting began with a minute of silence for the victims, and the message was that the city is not alone in its mourning, but that the whole of Montenegro is mourning.

The mayor of Cetinje, Nikola Đurašković, said that a tragedy of unprecedented proportions hit Cetinje and Montenegro and left everyone in shock, Radio Television of Montenegro reports.

- Since the day before yesterday, our city has been chained in grief and shock, that innocent victims died without any fault in a senseless attack. Such a day cannot be remembered, said Gjurashkovic and added that there are no words to comfort the families - he said.

The Vice-President of the Assembly of Cetinje Mirko Stanic said that Cetinje is shrouded in sadness like never before and that it is not only in its mourning, but the whole of Montenegro is mourning.

In the Medovina settlement in Cetinje, 11 people were killed on Friday, including the attacker Vuk Borilović, and six others were wounded.
The funeral of the murdered is this afternoon.
