At today's press conference, the Prime Minister Zoran Zaev informed the public about the decisions made regarding the prevention of the spread of the coronavirus in the country.

- In anticipation of the warming and the upcoming holidays, and in order to rest the health workers we had to adopt new measures. The number of newly infected is growing. The death toll is rising. This is the biggest burden on the health system since the beginning of the pandemic. This is the moment when we need to meet the new deteriorations, said Zaev.

He listed the new measures:

- First, a ban and a special regime of movement from 20 pm to 5 am, starting from tomorrow until April 20. Complete ban for visitors to all catering facilities, and the sale of food to take place with orders to home or outside the catering facility starting from April 7 to April 20. Exceptions are the catering facilities at the airports, but also those in the motels. Complete ban on bookmakers. From tomorrow, fitness clubs will be completely banned, as well as seminars, workshops, said Zaev.

He appealed to the citizens to stay at home, if they have no reason to go out and not to group.
