Tasty and crunchy: Salted corn sticks with beer

An interesting crispy pastry that goes as a side dish with many dishes, fresh or creamy salads or as a quick snack when you don't have time for a meal. They are prepared quickly and easily, and they are also an excellent decoration on the table.

Ingredients:

- 180 g white flour
– 180 g of corn flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
– 1 bag of baking powder
– 370 milliliters of beer
- 2 tablespoons oil
– seeds of choice
– lean mayonnaise

Preparation:

Mix the dry ingredients. Then add the beer and oil and mix well. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut into pieces.
Leave it on the work surface for about 15 minutes. Then, transfer the sticks to a baking tray. Coat them well with lean mayonnaise and add seeds of your choice. Let them stand in the tray for about 5 minutes. Then, bake them at 180 degrees until golden brown. They can be fresh for several days.
