Delicious suggestion for today's lunch: Kesadilla
Kesadilla is one of the most famous Mexican dishes that consists of a thin dough or tortilla that is filled primarily with cheese, meat, spices and toppings. Traditionally, corn tortilla is used, but it can be made with all kinds of tortillas.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tortilla
- 30 g thinly sliced ham
- 3 slices of green sour hot pepper
- 50 g grated cheddar cheese
- 1 finely chopped spring onion
- 6 leaves of fresh coriander
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
PREPARATION:
Cover the tortilla with ham, then add the pieces of hot pepper, grated yellow cheese, chopped onion and sprinkle with coriander leaves. Fold the tortilla in half, coat it with oil and place it in a heated grill pan. Coat the top with oil before turning it over to bake. One minute on each side is enough. Then cut it into triangles and serve.
Cheers!
