Light Summer Lunch: Victoria Spencer Stein Recipe for Stuffed Eggplants

Today Victoria is sharing a recipe for Banana Ice Cream.

These banana 'ice creams' are a super hit at our house during the summer. A very easy snack that you can make in literally five minutes or it can be a meaningful activity to do together with your children. "In any case, make more because they will disappear from the fridge at the speed of light," says Victoria.

Ingredients needed:

- 3 bananas
- 3 tablespoons of nut butter (I used hazelnuts) or any marmalade/jam that you like
is your favorite)
- 2 tablespoons of ground hazelnuts (peanuts, almonds can also be used)
– for decoration black and white chocolate, coconut, ground seeds)

Preparation:

The procedure is very easy, you cut the banana in half and put a wooden stick in each half. Spread with the butter, add the ground hazelnuts and leave them in the freezer on baking paper. After a few hours, you decorate them with melted chocolate and they are ready to eat. Save this quick recipe and share with an ice cream lover.
