Viki Dimcevska is an inspiring, urban, successful young woman from Skopje. For 11 years she has been a manager for marketing, sales and presentation in the construction sector of RS Macedonia.

You say that in your work the motto is "success is a path, not an end destination", how short was your path to success and what is the goal destination?

- If we want to be successful we must be ready to walk with strong male steps.

Teamwork brings success - my best friend, colleague and mentor Melita contributes the most to my career development and mutual success.

It is not the goal to have money, the goal of my destination is to do what I love, quality and with love, because one day all the effort I have put into my quality work will pay off. Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you do, you will succeed.

How did the sale and purchase of apartments take place during the coronary crisis, and did the prices stay the same?

- The coronary crisis encouraged the citizens of our country to invest their money in real estate. During the covid-19 pandemic, I received recognition from investors in the construction sector: the best marketing manager and sales and presentation manager for 2020 in RS Macedonia.

The prices of the apartments have increased, and the purchase price is created by the buyers with the high demand for apartments.

Which locations in Skopje are the most desired and which are the best-selling?

- The real estate agency "Bukefal As" has concluded cooperation agreements with 16 construction companies and has the exclusive right to sell their residential and business buildings.

The most desired and best-selling locations are: Centar, Karpos and Aerodrom.

 Has the Macedonians increased interest in buying houses in the countryside and in rural areas in general? What is currently most sought after on this topic?

- 50 percent of the Macedonian population migrates from the countryside to the city, and they all have houses in the countryside. There is most interest in buying houses and plots in the vicinity of Skopje, the Skopje villages, where beautiful and elite villas are being built - Sonje, Sopishte, Katlanovo, Zelenikovo. Currently the most sought after areas in the Skopje area for building villas and cottages.

What qualities, in your opinion, should a woman possess in order to succeed in entrepreneurship?

To be a woman-man. I am not a woman to cry. In my female life, I take firm male steps. With my helmet and project in hand, both summer and winter, rain and snow, 11 years step by step I walk slowly but surely, to success in the construction sector of our country.

How do you balance between family and business responsibilities, do you know how to "get stuck" in the kitchen?

- Apart from my dedication to the field of work, I am 100% committed to my home, family and my pet - the dog Moms, which I keep with immense love and attention for six years.

Daily cooking in my kitchen is a regular part of my daily routine. The kitchen is a place in my home where after daily responsibilities I relax and get rid of stress.

Most of all I like to cook traditional Macedonian food, seafood and Chinese dishes with chicken.

"When women work, the economy grows", how do you see the advantage of women in decisive places?

- I see the advantage in the intuition and emotions that women have.

The voices of women must be heard in decision-making processes at all levels if we are to achieve long-term peace, democracy and sustainable development! As a woman, I am the Ambassador for Human Rights and Humanitarian Activities in RS Macedonia for 2020 and 2021, proclaimed by Human Rights Journalists and the British Embassy.

We can often see you on a bicycle, on a Vespa or on a tennis court. Is that your recipe for a fit shape or do you cherish other rituals?

- My fit form is genetics, during the pandemic I gained weight because I am a gourmet - I cook and I like to eat.

Cycling, Vespa, playing tennis and horseback riding are my hobbies that I do in my free time. All these sports develop me physically and spiritually. They affect my overall emotional state, and my biggest natural antidepressant is horseback riding. Horses give me a lot of positive emotions, inspire and recreate me.
