Does Macedonia have geniuses and innovators? What do geniuses create and what makes them stand out from their peers? How many innovations are there in this country and how innovative are our individuals, and how many are being worked on? Questions that few know the answer to. Free Press will try to provide at least a small part of the answers through a series and give a chance to geniuses and innovators to present their creations and ideas to the general public. Game creators, successful chess players, engineers, scientists, ballerinas... are just some of the characters that will be part of our series. We hope that in this way we will encourage public awareness and competent institutions to allocate more funds for this purpose, to find a way to promote their ideas where they should for a better tomorrow for all of us. At the same time, let this be an open call to everyone who wants to share their successes and innovations with us, but also with the entire public, to register at the official email address.

Nikola Isailovski is the owner or known as "Fet Tsacko" is the owner of "Fet Kitchen". He says about himself that he inherited his love for cooking from his grandmother.

- My grandmother loved to bake pies, make homemade pies, and in fact, instead of being in the living room or in the room with the toys, I was at my grandmother's kitchen... And when I finished the eighth grade, I was normal with all fives, an excellent student, and when my parents asked me: "Where are you going to enroll?", I told them, catering - says Isailovski.

He says about "Fet Kitchen" that it is his place where he creates.

– It is our place where we create, create and create delicious dishes for our bellies. At the moment, right, "specialty coffee" is popular, and we are a little "specialty" dishes. In 2017 we started a YouTube channel called "Fat Kitchen", there were cooking shows and we started cooking at events, they started asking us a lot, calling us at events, private events. That's how the story grew... We don't have any more specific support from some more specific institutions, we do everything ourselves - says Isailovski.

He tells young people to be themselves and not to give up on their dreams.

- I have one message for everyone who wants to be different from everyday life, not to give up on their dream, to wait... maybe it won't pay off for one or two years, but if they believe in what they are doing, in the end, it will always be successfully - says Isailovski.
