VIDEO POLL | Is the Olympics being watched in our country and what does the symbol of the five circles mean?

The Summer Olympics in Paris are the main sporting event. Our citizens are big fans of sports, this was confirmed by the survey of Free Press which we made on the topic of how much the Olympics are watched in our country. The majority of those surveyed answered that they were happy to follow the Games.

- Yes, I like to watch the Olympic Games, it's always interesting to me. I watch different sports, everything is fun for me - says a bystander.

One girl answered us that she really likes to watch tennis.

– I like to watch tennis the most. I support Djokovic - she said.

We also met people from Slovenia, who proudly shared that their granddaughter had won gold.

- Of course I watch the Olympics, especially because this year my niece from Slovenia is competing and we are very happy because she won gold in judo - answered the grandfather happily.

When asked if they liked the opening of the Olympics in Paris, we got mixed opinions.

– It was very beautiful, magical. I enjoyed the whole spectacle, well thought out, creative - says one gentleman.

For another younger boy, this year's celebration was a disappointment.

– What I didn't like was the opening, very bad, very uncreative, it was a disaster, I didn't like anything, everything was somehow without style. In my opinion, the best opening of the Olympics so far was in 1994 - he said.

Another gentleman told us that this year he did not like the opening, and that year when the Games were held in Sochi, according to him, the opening was the most spectacular.

In the poll, see if the people of Skopje know what the symbol of the five circles of the Olympic Games means.
