The German tennis player Alexander Zverev is the winner of The Masters in Rome, Italy after defeating the Chilean in the final Nicholas Yary with a score of 2:0 (6:4, 7:5) in one hour and 41 minutes.

Zverev made one break in both sets and thus reached the victory and the cup of the last Masters on earth before the start of Roland Garros.

Zverev could have finished the match earlier, but with a lead of 5:4 in the second set, he did not use two match points.

As the winner, Zverev will receive 963.225 euros, while the Chilean earned 512.260 euros.
