The players of the Mexican Tigers advanced to the semifinals of the Club World Cup in Qatar.

The Tigers eliminated Ulsan 2-1 in Al Ryan after a reversal, after the Korean club led for 24 minutes with a goal by Ki-He Kim.

French striker Andre-Pierre Zinjak made a complete turnaround for triumph with goals in the 38th minute and a penalty in the 45th minute. Tigres will play against the Brazilian team of Palmeiras in the semifinals.

The second semifinal duel will be known after the match between the home team Al Duhail and Al Ahly from Egypt. The winner of that duel will play the winner of the European Champions League, Bayern Munich.

The semifinals will be played on February 7th and 8th, while the final is scheduled for the 11th at the new stadium built for the World Cup.
