Today at the European House in Skopje, the event "Women break barriers: Stories of triumph and resilience" organized by the Spanish Embassy in the Republic of North Macedonia, was held in order to raise the profile of women who broke through gender stereotypes and social norms in rare professions.

The event was opened by Spanish Ambassador Jose Luis Lozano Garcia together with Fatmire Isaki - Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Part of the event and panel discussion were the three female leaders from the International Space University ISU, Masters in Space Studies 22, Laura Perez, Andrea Santos Lopez and Martina Dimoska who introduced us to their professions in a predominantly male-oriented industry.

Martina Dimoska, Master of Space Sciences and the first Macedonian analog astronaut and the first female astronaut from the Balkans who is involved in a mission in the Integrated Analog Habitat for the Moon and Mars, funded by NASA, spoke about this event.
