Ingredients:

-300 g of strawberries
-150 g of crushed biscuits
-100 g of melted butter
-4 tablespoons density
-4 tablespoons sugar
-250 g of mascarpone
-grated white cheese 150 gr
-4 tablespoons powdered sugar
-200 g of whipped cream

Preparation:

Add 150 g of melted butter to 100 g of crushed biscuits and mix. In another bowl, mix 4 tablespoons of stock and 4 tablespoons of water.

Put 300 g of strawberries or other fruit in a bowl on the fire, add 5 tablespoons of water and wait for it to boil, stirring occasionally.

Add the stock and stir until firm. Set aside.

In a bowl, mix 250 g of mascarpone cheese, 150 g of grated cheese and 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar and mix with a mixer.

In another bowl, whisk 200 ml of whipped cream into solid snow. Combine the cream and mix well with a spoon and fill the glasses: layer of biscuits - layer of whipped cream - layer of strawberries.
