Minister of Education and Science, Jeton Shaqiri, tonight informed that together with SONK they accepted the proposals of the mediator MLSP regarding all open topics and the reasons for the strike.

- There will be higher salaries in education, we agreed to increase the salaries of all employees in education by 15%, starting from the September salary. This is in line with budgetary possibilities. There will be no cuts in the time of the strike. We have found a full understanding and full salaries will be paid for April. We also clarified the issues regarding the collective agreements, said Shaqiri after today's meeting with the president of SONK, Jakim Nedelkov.

He thanked all the parents, teachers and students who had an understanding of this process.
