In the fifth match of the C segment in the League of Nations, the Macedonian football A-representation at the National Arena "Todor Proeski" in Skopje celebrated with 1:0 against Latvia.

The only goal for our national team was scored by Nikola Serafimov in the 57th minute of the match. It is the first goal for Serafimov in the senior national jersey.

The starting lineup of Macedonia: Dimitrievski, Alioski, Zajkov, Serafimov, Dimoski, Bardi, Alimi, Elmas, Trajkovski, Miovski, Churlinov. Qamili, Ristovski, Mitrovski, Velkovski and Ashkovski also performed.

In this way, our best football players confirmed their placement in the higher rank B of the competition.

In the same group, the Faroe Islands national team made a surprise by celebrating against Armenia with 1:0.

After five rounds, Macedonia is in first place in Group 4 with 13 points, ahead of the Faroe Islands with six, and Armenia and Latvia have four each.

In the last, sixth match, which will also be played in Skopje, Macedonia will welcome the representative of the Faroe Islands.
