As specified, Russian forces carried out the attack with attack drones.

In Kharkiv, Ukraine's second-largest city located in the northeastern part of the country, at least 25 people were wounded overnight in a Russian attack on a residential building, Mayor Igor Terekhov said.

The head of the regional state administration in Kharkiv said that the Russians dropped 500 kg bombs during the airstrike on Kharkiv.
