Ingredients:
- 200 ml of milk
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 10 g yeast
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
– 300-350 g of flour
- 100 g of cheese
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 teaspoons of ajvar
Preparation:
Crush the yeast in lukewarm milk, add sugar, then when it becomes foamy, add flour, oil and a little salt and knead a smooth dough.
Let it stand for 30 minutes, then roll it out into a rectangle with a rolling pin. Crush the cheese, add the egg yolks and mix well. Divide the mixture into two parts.
In one part, add 2 teaspoons of ajvar and mix.
On the lower half of the dough, add a strip of the cheese, then a strip with the ajvar, and so on until the end. Cover with the upper part of the dough, press with your hands and roll out a little with the rolling pin.
Cut into strips and wrap. Arrange in a tray previously greased with oil. Cover them to rise a little, coat them with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds, cumin and coarse salt. Bake at 200 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
