VIDEO: A projectile hit a residential building in Kharkiv, one dead
A projectile hit a residential building in the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv yesterday, killing one person, regional governor Oleh Sinehubov said.
"According to updated information, one person died as a result of a Russian rocket hitting a residential building," Sinehubov wrote on Telegram.
So far, there is no information on how many people were injured.

Emergency services are on the ground, which Sinekhubov said are providing assistance to the victims.
