VIDEO | Lean lunch from the oven, a pan full of vitamins
Today begins the Christmas fast, which lasts until January 7. If you are planning to fast the entire post or at least a part of it, here is a suggestion for a tasty and quick lunch that is full of vitamins. It is a mixture of vegetables roasted in the oven. You can combine the vegetables as desired, season and bake. Goodbye!
Ingredients:
- 1 small cauliflower (can also be broccoli)
– half a leek
– a handful of green beans and peas
– 2 fresh peppers
- 2 carrots
- 1 potatoes
- 1 tomato
– half a celery root
- olive oil
– 200 ml of boiled tomatoes
Spices:
- half a teaspoon of ground sweet pepper
- pepper
– 1 teaspoon of curry
-1 teaspoon of dry spice
- 1 teaspoon of granulated garlic
– parsley leaf
Preparation:
In a small bowl, mix the spices and pour all the vegetables that you cut as desired. Mix with your hands. Add half a small cup of olive oil (30 ml) and mix again. Line the oven tray with baking paper, then pour the vegetables and spread them out.
If desired, add a little more oil on top. Pour the cooked tomatoes and bake in the oven at 220 degrees for about 45 minutes. Serve warm.
