VIDEO: A former minister from Republika Srpska punctured the tires of his neighbors' cars, he was "caught" on camera
The former Minister of Finance in the Government of Republika Srpska, in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Milenko Vracar, was arrested after he punctured the tires of his neighbors' cars in the center of Banja Luka, and the act was caught by a surveillance camera, reports Srpskainfo.
Vracar, who now does not perform any state function and has a private company, is in investigative detention, the portal writes.
