However, a video from a camera shows that the entire wheel of the vehicle in which the president was traveling fell off.

This is an armored car specially designed for transporting officials, so it is not yet clear how this incident occurred.

The president's entourage responded quickly and there were no injuries, and the investigation will determine what actually happened.
