"YouTube" star MrBeast has resolutely invested in a realistic recreation of the setting and action in the most watched series "Squid Game" - and so far, in just one day, it has reached an incredible number of 57 million views. But the best part is that, despite watching the show, a couple of contestants promised not to give up on each other. How to forget about marbles?

The Netflix drama, which follows debt-ridden contestants competing in deadly versions of children's games, was the biggest pop-cultural phenomenon of the year, becoming the subject of PC game mods, Halloween costumes and SNL music videos. which can hardly be considered a parody, as it mainly only describes the show.

The point is that just "making a squid game" is enough of a premise to get the green light in 2021, and MrBeast's production, which he says cost $ 3,5 million, including cash prizes, is not pretends to be a parody.

The 25-minute video conveys the action of "Squid Game" as accurately as possible, without actually committing murder, promising $ 456.000 to the winner of a series of instant elimination children's games.

No one will be shot, but 456 players are equipped with remote-activated devices that simulate a blow to the abdomen.

They play red light - green light, play with candy canes, play with marble (with pre-selected teams to force the show to turn around), and even pull rope and glass bridge with the help of a smart kit and a pit filled with foam.

Other elements of the show appear, including the giant cash ball. Ironically, one of the only things they do not do is play the "squid game" itself, but in essence it is a martial sport and would require more complicated acceptance conditions.

Recreation is more or less a typical gaming TV show, but it is ridiculous to see such precise recreation on a fictional glove in which rich people brutally exploit the vulnerable for fun.

It would be hard to find someone better to create a "real squid game" than MrBeast, who himself staged cash prize games long before the show. Previous videos include "Last To Leave $ 800.000 Island Keeps It" and "$ 60.000 Extreme Hide and Seek".

He also makes videos that involve just spending money, such as eating a $ 10.000 gold steak (24-carat gold) and making charitable donations, which is good to see how you do it if you ate a gold steak in front of the camera.

Some have criticized MrBeast for missing the point of the show by spending so much on video, which is reasonable, although it is arguable that $ 3,5 million spent on YouTube video and cash prizes is a bad investment, while 21,4 , $ XNUMX million spent on a Netflix show is good.
