VIDEO: Moscow accused the Ukrainian army of killing 14 people in an attack on a hospital
The Russian Defense Ministry has blamed Ukrainian forces for an attack on a hospital in the Lugansk region that killed 14 people and wounded 24 others.
On Saturday morning, "Ukrainian armed forces deliberately targeted a local hospital with Himars multi-barrel rocket launchers" in Novoaydar, Luhansk region, the Russian military said in a statement. A video purporting to show a destroyed hospital is being shared on social media.

"The deliberate attack on a well-known civilian medical facility is undoubtedly a serious war crime by the Kyiv regime," the statement added.
